  • I understand the officer-in-charge will get an email of the entire subpoena packet. The OIC will also get a separate email with only the OIC's one-page subpoena.

    I understand individual police witnesses will get their own email notice regarding their one-page subpoena unless their police agency requested the Prosecutor's Office not to provide individual logins.

    The OIC is responsible to distribute subpoenas to victims, police witnesses and lay witnesses.
